THEM’S THE SHAKES: LIFE, LOVE, AND PARKINSON’S ENDS AWARD-WINNING RUN AT THE 2026 HOLLYWOOD FRINGE FESTIVAL

July 2026. Hollywood, Ca - THEM’S THE SHAKES: LIFE, LOVE, AND PARKINSON’S ended a successful run at the 2026 HOLLYWOOD FRINGE FESTIVAL. One of the best reviewed shows of the fest, THEM’S THE SHAKES picked up LA HIDDEN GEM’S FEARLESS PERSEVERANCE AWARD.

Written and starring JEREMY MOODY, it is his autobiographical story of a thirty something musician diagnosed with YOUNG ONSET PARKINSON’S DISEASE weeks before his band’s make or break album is released. Directed by REMI MOSES, and costarring DANA MAJESKI and BRITT JOHNSON, THEM’S THE SHAKES follows Moody as he is blindsided with the diagnosis and is forced to navigate the disease and single life as he eventually learns the Parkinson’s isn’t the worst news he would receive.

The show is Moody’s “love letter” to his best friend and to everyone who he sticks by us in “no win” situations so that we can face the inevitable and ultimately die with dignity and grace.
